Blythe Russo

Sloth is good at sleeping. She is so excited when her friend Paloma invites her to a sleepover. However, when she arrives at Paloma's, Sloth learns that her friend is not a good sleeper. The girls eat pizza and ice cream, play games, and have all kinds of fun. Paloma wants to stay up all night! Will Sloth ruin the sleepover by falling asleep? When Sloth thinks she can't stay awake a minute longer, she finds Paloma sound asleep. In the end, Sloth believes that sleepovers are the best.

I Like This, You Like That
Linda Ashman

I Like This, You Like That is the story of two young friends. As they play, the friends express their likes and dislikes on toys, activities, weather, you name it! They disagree on just about everything. The one thing that they do agree on is that they like each other. This story is a great reminder that although we may see the world differently, we can enjoy a person and even be friends, despite our differences. The relatively short length and cute pictures make this book an excellent choice for Pre-K and Kindergarten-age children.
